A million thanks to Lisa Quinn and the ABC TV Dream Home Team!

With Lisa's help, JFK PTSA gave the staff at Kennedy High a special gift on Friday, August 22, 2008.

A renovated teachers lounge and workroom was presented to the school and staff by San Francisco's ABC TV affiliate Channel 7. The "Dream Home" a station feature was enabled by Carolyn Vargas, PTSA president after a three-year wait since she submitted an application. This was the perfect way to start the school year!

The surprise presentation was provided by TV host Lisa Quinn and was broadcasted on Sunday, August 31, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. on ABC 7. Furniture for the remodel were provided by IKEA.
